Key responsibilities
- Providing information regarding the services offered by the company
- Consultation to customers
- Facilitating the sale of services offered by the company
- Monitoring the proper appearance of the area (cleanliness, absence of unnecessary items)
- Ensuring the availability and integrity of brochures and other promotional materials supplied by the company.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluency in Armenian (knowledge of English and Russian will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales skills
- Managing stress and conflicts
- Mknowledge of MS Office programs ( beginner level)
Advantages
- Capability in managing customer relationships
- Negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with people in complex situations
- Computer skills: MS Office
